At Yarra Ranges Pilates & Fitness we have created a space where any person, of any fitness level can feel comfortable and supported to achieve their health goals.
Founders Melissa, an APPI certified Pilates instructor, and Maddison, a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist have worked together at Yarra Ranges Physiotherapy, our affiliated Physiotherapy clinic in Yarra Junction, for over 10 years. Over this time they have helped our local community to overcome injuries and meet their health and fitness goals.
Thanks to the overwhelming support of their clients, Yarra Ranges Pilates & Fitness in Launching Place was established. A brand new space with opportunity to run a variety of Reformer and Matwork Pilates classes as well as 1:1 training programs.
The dedicated team and small group classes are welcoming, fun and committed to achieving personalised goals. With the opportunity for extra support from a team of Physiotherapists for anyone who requires injury management.

Classes
We work with you to achieve your goals though small classes and individualised consultation.
Mixed Class
Mixed classes are designed for all levels and ages. The instructors will create a comfortable class that should suit all. It’ll be a mix of stretching and strengthening all over.
Mobility & Stretch
Mobility and stretch classes will focus on gentle movements and general strengthening for the matured clientele. It will cover small motor skills and postural correction, as well as inspiring the mind with coordination techniques. This class will assist with elements of balance.
Mindful Movement
In our mindful movement classes we like to focus on a deeper body awareness and connection. You will learn how to layer on exercises peacefully. Additionally, you will focus on postural movements and deep core engagement. This class is an inclusive and warming space.
Flex & Flow for Mums
This class is suitable for mums to bring kids of any age. Come together to learn a variety of deep core and strengthening movements for all over. It is appropriate for any fitness level and is a great option for school holidays.
Ladies Balance & Body
This is a medium level class, where all ages are welcome. It has a clinical approach, where we manage injuries and individual goals.
Muscle Mummies
These classes are often upbeat, high energy and friendly. They include a lot of strengthening and cardio elements. Children are welcome.
Teen Classes
Fun, bubbly and educational classes for Teenagers 15yrs of age through to 25. Where we encourage body positivity and open communication in a safe space.
Advanced
High intensity, upbeat, sporty classes. The intensity is modified on the day if needed. This class is appropriate for you if you’re after an energy boost.
Advanced Men’s
Strength building, high intensity with a touch of cardio and stretching. Great for men to get together and connect whilst working out.
Men’s Mixed
Strength building with a side of stretching. Great for men of all ages and abilities. It is a great space for men to connect and communicate.
With an emphasis on strength, fitness, technique and balance, we promote the complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.
